Reija has also collaborated with company management in developing HR strategies and talent development.

Carolina Suni

Carolina holds a Master's degree in Economics (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Social Psychology. She specializes in organizational psychology, leadership and group phenomena.

She brings strong expertise in project management, HR process development, and producing text and visual materials. Carolina handles HR matters with a firm yet appreciative approach, listening to each party involved. Her analytical approach in recruitment allows her to objectively assess candidates, promoting responsible and diversity-enhancing hiring practices.
