OUTPLACEMENT AND CAREER COACHING
CUSTOMIZED COACHING METHODS
We provide individual coaching sessions as well as group coaching or a combination of both. Meetings can be organized either face-to-face at our Oulunkylä office, at the client company's site or remotely via Teams.
We customize the training processes taking into account the legal requirements of transition support outlined in the Employment Contracts Act (Työsopimuslaki). Our basic packages include 10-25 hours of meetings with a personal coach and action items between sessions.
